Education Event Refund & Cancellation Policy
Elevate | Mago Extensions Class by Simply Natural
This policy applies to all education events hosted by Elevate in partnership with Simply Natural.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited capacity of this hands-on training and the advance costs required to secure educators, materials, and travel, all registrations are non-refundable.
Transfers

Registrations may be transferred to another attendee with written notice.

Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event.

The original registrant is responsible for securing a replacement attendee.

Elevate must receive the new attendee’s full contact information prior to approval.
No-Shows

Failure to attend the event without prior communication will result in forfeiture of the full registration fee.

No credits or transfers will be issued for no-shows.
Event Changes or Cancellation by Elevate
If the event is rescheduled or canceled by Elevate:

Transfer to the new date

If Elevate cancels the event entirely and does not reschedule, a full refund will be issued
Travel & Personal Expenses
Elevate is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or personal expenses incurred by attendees. These costs are non-refundable.
Agreement
By completing registration, attendees acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
