Length: A 23-week program designed to set you up for long-term success.
Pay: Earn hourly wages from day one ($15/hr), with growth into commission as you advance.
Foundations You’ll Build:
- Technical Skills: Precision cutting, modern coloring, treatments, styling, and more.
- Client Experience: Delivering luxury, intentional care that keeps guests coming back.
- Marketing: Social media training and systems to help you build a clientele.
- Mindset: Developing confidence, professionalism, and a growth-oriented outlook.
Phases:
- Onboarding (2 - 4 weeks) – acclimation, product knowledge, and Elevate client experience.
- Phase 1 (4 - 6 weeks) – mannequin work, models, and hands-on partnering.
- Phase 2 (4 - 6 weeks) – start serving guests at Academy pricing with mentor support.
- Transition – Begin working with clients booking directly through our online service menu. You’ll focus on building demand for your services, creating a consistent flow of guests, and developing client retention strategies that support long-term growth.
