What’s an Albularyo, you ask? In Filipino tradition, it’s a folk healer who combines the wisdom of a Massage Therapist and Herbalist, trained in the ancient art of Maghihilot (literally meaning “bone-setting”).

I’m Kolika, a Licensed Massage Therapist who embraces the harmony of modern and ancient medicine to support your healing journey. I even grow my own herbal remedies for those who prefer a gentle, holistic approach to wellness.
